Mondays: 10:15am - 11:00am. Body Conditioning, New Milton Community Centre, Osborne Road, BH25 6HX - £6.00
Tuesdays: 9:00am - 9:45am. Body Conditioning, ‘Greystone House’ Highcliffe BH23 5LF - £5.00 (plus fee to Greystones of £1.00)
Wednesdays: 9:50am-10:50am. Aerobics ‘The Old School’ 254 Lymington Road, Highcliffe, BH23 5ET - £7.50 (Suitable for all.)
Wednesdays: 6:30pm - 7:15pm. Bootcamp venue TBC - register your interest by sending an email as we start this new class in January 2024 - £7.50
