Exercise retreats

Join us from the 1st - 3rd March 2024 for a full weekend of exercise including all of your favourite group sessions from boxercise to boot camp, yoga to hiking, kettlebells and much more besides. New for 2024, sea dips with our qualified open water coach.

Our level 3 personal trainer and exercise instructor will keep you exercising with a diverse itinerary of exercise classes.

Nutritious and tasty meals are included over the weekend.

Exercise retreats are a fun way to exercise with like minded people and kick start or add some maintenance to a fitness campaign. All abilities are catered for with adaptations to suit.

March 2024 will be held from Sandyholme in Studland, just a 5 minute stroll from the beach. With a plethora of classes from yoga to boxercise, aerobics to flex and stretch, guided hikes and personal challenges. There really is something to suit everyone. Why not dip in and out of classes over the weekend and enjoy a little ‘down time’ in tranquil surroundings, or get fully immersed and join in every class for the full workout!

New for 2024…. Join our Open Water Swim Coach for a dip in a beautiful spot along the Jurassic coastline. Join us for a a swim and sauna session at Knoll beach. (Subject to tides and weather conditions).

Additional extra’s - why not book in a massage or treatment with one of our friendly therapists. Please note that this is an additional cost and subject to availability due to limited numbers.

Saturday sample itinerary -

7:30am - 8:15am - FAST training, Kettlebells workout (exercise in a ‘fasted’ state).

8:45am - 9:30am - Breakfast previous retreats include smashed avocado and egg in a bap, homemade granola with yoghurts, milk, fruit.

10:00am - 1:30pm - Coastal Hike along the stunning Jurassic coastline, approximately 15km round trip with optional sea dip midway and nutritious packed lunch.

1:30pm - 2:15pm - Downtime (relax at the house, or have a little sea dip).

2:15pm - 2:45pm - Abs blast

3:00pm - 4:00pm - Yoga

4:00pm - 6:00pm - Downtime and chance to complete a personal challenge or enjoy a private massage.

6:30pm - 7:15pm - Dinner (Dietary needs catered for) previous retreats have included salmon tagliatelle, or chicken curry.

8:00pm - 10:00pm - Evening entertainment in the house. A fun way to get to know your fellow exercise friends for the evening. Contraband is welcome, or simply keep clean living.

Prices from £325 per person to include all the above. Please note that Friday and Sunday are shorter days but equally ‘high octane!’

Accommodation is limited - fill a dormitory with friends to pay our lowest prices, or have a little privacy with a twin room.

Twin room - £950 (£475 per person) - SOLD OUT

2 x 4 bed room - £1700 (£425 per person)

5 bed room - £2000 (£400 per person)

2/3 bed room - £975 (£325 per person) please note that this is a titchy-tiny room. It also boasts a 3 triple bunk bed - how exciting!

A short walk over a massive hill to Swanage bay

- Superbly located accommodation just minutes from the beach by foot along the South Coast Footpath.

- A minimum of 4 exercise sessions a day. All timetabled to keep you active whilst allowing muscle groups to recover after sessions. (Please note that all sessions are optional but inclusion is preferred for best weight loss results.) Most classes will be held outdoors where possible, so please dress appropriately.

- Support from other instructors specialising in disciplines such as yoga. NB timetable changes may apply.

- Individual and group challenges during your stay to keep you motivated.

- Pre course email correspondence available to discuss personal aims and objectives during your stay.

- Guided walks to take you on beautiful coastal paths with stop off points boasting lovely views.

- Fully insured retreat with first aid support.

- 30 minute Personal training session available (Optional Extra £30.) If you have an area you would like to strengthen, tone, tighten then let us work out a bespoke training plan for you.

- 45 minute Massage (Optional Extra £45) Further information can be forwarded upon request
